Maitland Ward Describes Icy Meeting With ‘boy Meets World’ Co-star Danielle Fishel

Maitland Ward has spilled the beans in her new memoir on an unpleasant exchange with her former co-star, Danielle Fishel.

In her new memoir "Rated X: How Porn Liberated Me from Hollywood," the former "Boy Meets World" star writes that when she met Fishel at a party, she was not friendly.

While Ward did not feature in the Disney spin-off "Girl Meets World," the actress revealed that she was invited to a set party and that Fishel "barely noticed" her presence.

"Danielle didn't say anything to me, which I found weird. "She scarcely noticed my presence," the former Disney star wrote.

The now-adult film star, 45, also suggested that the actress, who portrayed Topanga Lawrence on "Boy Meets World," wasn't happy about sharing the spotlight with other female colleagues on the three-season "Girl Meets World" spin-off.

"I'm not sure if this is true, but I heard she didn't want any of the previous female cast members to share the screen with her," the "Bold and the Beautiful" star tweeted.

She went on to state that Fishel's aversion to the female co-stars explains why her character "never interacted with Trina [McGee's character] when Trina [McGee's character] made an appearance on the show."

Ward further stated that Fishel "didn't like my appearing on set."
