Constipation in Our Children

Constipation in ChildrenConstipation is a condition that is the lack of regular bowel movement or not completely emptied when they move.
This is a very common bad because people have become more sedentary (no exercise), take illiquid and consume foods with little fiber. However, often develops constipation, also, in certain situations such as when traveling or when the person has a period of stress.

The main symptoms of constipation are:
* Pain and difficulty in evacuating
* Abdominal bloating
* dry, hard stools
* infrequent bowel movements (once every 4 days or more)

It is important to know that constipation also may be a consequence of a disease or condition such as thyroid problems, with liver, gall bladder, menopause, pregnancy and colon obstruction. When constipation becomes chronic, predisposes the onset of rheumatism, arthritis, hypertension and even cancer as it spreads through the bloodstream, toxins throughout the body.

Recommendations
There are several recommendations that help relieve constipation:
Adopt a fiber-based diet (of20 to 35 grams daily), rich in fruits (pears, plums, etc.) and vegetables to prevent this disorder.
